Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SCADA Connect services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Service Description

SCADA Connect provides cloud-based infrastructure for building automation systems, including:

  • AWS-hosted Windows Server instances
  • VPN connectivity solutions (WireGuard and Enterprise VPN)
  • Monitoring and management tools
  • Technical support services

Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our cloud infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services or circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Proper configuration of your building automation systems
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Timely payment of service fees

Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or conduct security attacks
  • Interfere with other customers' use of services

Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Limitation of Liability

SCADA Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
