Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need to give you admin access?

No. You share one calendar with us, read-only. No admin rights or delegation are involved.

Can you change our calendar?

No. Our access is read-only. We never create, edit, or delete calendar events.

What happens if a booking is cancelled?

We remove the matching event from your building schedule, and the space follows its normal schedule. If only one date of a repeating booking is cancelled, only that date is removed.
